All ScatSat-1 services are discontinued following an irrecoverable instrument failure on
28 February 2021. ScatSat-1 was launched in September 2016 by the Indian Space Research
Organisation (ISRO). Due to our fruitful collaboration, we have been
able to swiftly serve the valuable ScatSat-1 winds to our users all over the globe. We
are very grateful for all ISRO's efforts to make this mission a success.
The archived OSI SAF wind data are available online from the
EUMETSAT Data Centre.
