Data products
CM SAF Wind Stress Products
KNMI developed a Climatological Scatterometer Ocean Stress (SOS) gridded product in the
context of the EUMETSAT Climate Monitoring SAF (CM SAF). ERS 1 and 2 scatterometer
data covering the period 1992-2001 were reprocessed in order to obtain a time
series of over 10 years. This product is publicly available through the
KNMI Climate Explorer.

Note: All intellectual property rights of the CM SAF products belong
to EUMETSAT. The use of these products is granted to every interested user,
free of charge. If you wish to use these products, EUMETSAT's copyright
credit must be shown by displaying the words "copyright (year) EUMETSAT"
on each of the products used.
